We are situated on the 4th floor of a building on 100 Feet Road, right at the corner of 27th Main Road in BTM 1st Phase. The pincode is 560068. It’s a very busy intersection in Bangalore, near the Madiwala Post. Ciberspring International (India) LLP is based here, and we’ve been using this office for our daily operations for a good while. The view from the 4th floor is mostly just traffic and other buildings, but it’s a good spot to be in. We have a fairly open office layout where we all sit together. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a place where we do our work. There are usually a few of us around, typing away or having quick chats about a project. The noise from the 100 Feet Road is always there in the background, but you get used to it after a week. We don't have any formal dress codes or strict rules about how people sit. We just want to get the tasks finished. It’s a straightforward environment. We focus on our international projects while living our regular lives here in Bangalore. Most of us take the bus or ride a bike to get here. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of office for a small team. We usually keep the windows closed to drown out the honking. Sometimes we go downstairs for a quick snack in the evening.
