Ciber Spring

The office is at 562 Bilekahalli in Janardhan Towers. We are really close to Total Mall, so that makes it easy for people to find us. Usually, the traffic on this road is a nightmare during peak hours, so most of us try to get in early. The building itself is okay, though the hallways are a bit narrow. We do tech stuff and digital work. Our desks are covered in cables and extra monitors because that’s just how it is in this industry. It isn't a very stylish place, just functional. We have a water cooler that makes a loud bubbling sound every few minutes. It’s kind of funny. Sometimes we go over to the mall for a quick walk or to grab something to eat when we are tired of the office food. We spend a lot of time on calls with clients or just staring at code. It can be tiring but it's what we do. There are a few plants near the window that someone forgot to water last week, so they look a bit sad now. We try to keep things relaxed here. There’s no strict dress code or anything. Just show up and get the work finished. We've been in this spot for a while and have gotten used to the noise from the main road. It’s just another day at the office for the team here. We keep our heads down and get through the tasks one by one.
