We've been at 1396 B Devmandir for a while now. It's in the 9th Main part of Judicial Layout. It’s mostly just us working on tech stuff here. People know the building by the name. We started Ciber Sites India Pvt Ltd because we wanted to do things our own way. It's not a huge office, just a regular place where we get things done. Sometimes it's quiet, sometimes it's busy with people coming in and out of the 3rd Cross. We try to keep things simple. You might see us grabbing tea nearby. The neighborhood is okay, plenty of trees around this part of the layout. We don’t really do fancy meetings or big presentations. Most days it’s just sitting at the desks and figuring out whatever problem is in front of us. We've stayed in this spot because it's easy to get to. Nothing too special about the decor, just computers and desks. It works for what we do. We like being part of the local scene here in Bangalore. If you're walking down 9th Main, you probably passed by us without even noticing. That's fine by us. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work. It’s a good routine. We’ve known the neighbors for years. There's a lot of tech companies in India, but we just focus on our own little corner here. We don't have a big corporate culture. We just talk like normal people and do the work that comes our way. It's not always perfect, but we like it.
