Chrysalisgold Technologies Private Limited is our small company based on Harlur Road in Bangalore. We are in the SJR Redwoods complex, specifically at unit T-402. It’s right in the Ambalipura area, just opposite the Sarjapur Main Road. If you know that intersection, you know how busy it gets. Our office is a comfortable space where we handle various technology projects. We called it Chrysalisgold because we liked the sound of it, not because of some deep branding strategy. Most of us have been in the tech industry for a long time and decided to come together to work on things we actually care about. We don't have a lot of rules here. As long as the work gets done and the clients are happy, we’re happy. We spend a lot of time on calls or writing code. The office has a few plants that we try to keep alive and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We aren't looking to be the next big thing on the news. We just want to provide for our families and do work that we don't feel ashamed of. It’s a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic from Sarjapur Road, but once you close the windows, it’s a good place to concentrate. We’re just a bunch of professionals doing our best in a very competitive city. Living and working here means you spend time in traffic, so we try to make the office a real place.
