We are located over at No 11 on the CIL Layout Main Road. This is in Cholanayakanahalli, which is part of RT Nagar. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Narayana School. You can usually hear the kids playing during their break times, which lets us know what time of day it is. Our office is a straightforward place. We do not have a big reception desk or anyone walking around in suits. It is just a small team of us working here. We handle a lot of consulting work, which mostly means we spend time looking at papers and talking on the phone to get things moved along. It is a local operation, so we know the area pretty well. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much in the mornings, but it settles down later. We have been in this building for a while and have gotten used to the quirks of the place, like the way the door sticks in the rain. We just try to give people straight answers. If someone walks in with a question, we tell them what we know. There is no fancy jargon used here. We just like to keep things moving for people without making it more complicated than it needs to be. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, but that is just how it goes in this line of work.
