Cherytech India Pvt Ltd is based at No.30, Manjunatha Nilaya. We are right there on the Intermediate Ring Road in Koramangala, Bangalore. It’s a very busy part of town, which is good for us because everything is close by. The building is called Manjunatha Nilaya, and we’ve been here long enough that the postman knows us by name. It’s a decent-sized space, but we’ve filled it up with equipment and files over the years. Some of the desks are a bit old, but they still hold up. We don't really go for the high-end office look. We prefer to keep things simple and functional. The traffic on the Ring Road is something we deal with every single day. It can be quite loud, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and engines. Inside, the team just focuses on the technical tasks we have at hand. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We’re just a small group trying to run a private limited company the right way. We have our lunch breaks together, usually talking about the latest news or the traffic. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. No one is wearing suits or ties here. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. It’s a practical setup for a practical business in a busy part of Bangalore. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs well enough to keep going.
