Chery Tech

We operate out of a place called Sushma, which is on the 12th Main Road in the 3rd Phase of Basaveshwar Nagar. The full address involves D. P. Ashwathiah's property, and that’s where you’ll find us at Chery Tech. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, so there’s always the sound of traffic and people outside. Inside, it's a bit different. We’re mostly focused on the technical side of things, so you’ll see people bent over their screens or talking through some project details. We aren't a huge corporation with those open-plan offices you see in magazines. It’s more of a traditional setup where we’ve made use of the space we have. There’s a lot of coffee drinking and long hours spent trying to figure out technical problems. We like being in Basaveshwar Nagar because it has a good feel to it, even if the parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We don’t really do a lot of self-promotion; we just let the work speak for itself. Most of the folks here have been with us for a while, so we know each other's habits. It’s a practical environment where we show up, do our technical work, and try to get home before the Bangalore traffic gets too bad in the evening. That’s just the way it goes for us every day.
