We are based at No-420, 2nd A Cross, right on the ground floor in OMBR Layout, Banswadi. It’s on the 4th Main road. It is a nice, residential-feeling area which makes the walk to the office quite pleasant. Cherutech Software Services is just us working from this ground floor space. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. It’s just a regular building where we’ve set up our computers. We spend our days writing code and talking through different software issues. The neighborhood is fairly calm, though you get the usual sounds of the street during the day. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the local tea stall guys pretty well. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and chairs and a lot of wires everywhere. We focus on getting the work finished rather than making the place look like a showroom. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other days we wrap up early if things are quiet. It’s a flexible way to work. We like being in Banswadi because it feels less like a factory and more like a community. It’s just a group of us trying to make things work and keeping the business running. We have a few desks and a small corner for eating lunch. We keep things pretty informal around here.
