Chef

My name is Sadagoban R and I run things here at Chef in Bangalore. We are based in the 560 097 area. It’s a busy part of the city and I have been cooking and working here for a long time. When people hear the name Chef, they usually know what to expect. It is all about the food and the kitchen for us. I spend most of my hours making sure things taste right and the ingredients are fresh. Bangalore has a lot of places to eat, but we just focus on what we do right here in our own space. It isn’t a huge corporate operation or anything like that. It’s just me and the team working through orders and trying to keep up with the rush. The 560 097 postcode is where I grew up and where I decided to set up shop. Sometimes the kitchen gets really hot and the days are long, but that is just part of the job. I don't go in for all those fancy descriptions of food. I just like to make things that people want to eat again. We are tucked away in Bangalore, doing our daily routines. Every morning starts with prep work and every night ends with cleaning up the counters. It’s honest work. We don't have a big marketing team, just a stove and some pans and a lot of hard work.
