Chef

My place is called Chef and it is located over in Mathikere, specifically at 3360 Infant Cottage in MSR Nagar. I have been cooking here for a bit and it's basically just a small setup. I don't have a big team or a fancy kitchen with all the latest gadgets. It is just me and some basic tools making food for whoever stops by. The address is Bangalore-54 if you are looking for it on a map. People usually find me by asking around the neighborhood since it's a bit tucked away. It’s not a big restaurant with waiters and menus that change every week. I just make what I know and hope folks like it. Sometimes I run out of ingredients early and have to close up, that's just how it goes when you're running a one-man show. The building is old but it works for what I need. I spend most of my mornings cleaning and getting things ready for the afternoon rush. It gets hot in the kitchen during the summer months, but I’ve grown used to it over the years. I don’t spend money on advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth seems to work okay for a place like this. If you’re ever near MSR Nagar, you might see the sign. It’s a simple life and I like the work. I just focus on the stove and the prep work for the next day. It keeps me busy enough and the neighbors are friendly.
