We are based at 102/1 Lavelle Road and this is where we handle all the seed business. It’s an office environment, so it’s mostly computers, desks, and a lot of phone calls throughout the day. Lavelle Road is a busy part of town, so getting here in the morning is usually a bit of a struggle with the traffic. Inside the office, things are pretty quiet most of the time. We work with seeds for different crops, making sure everything is tracked and sent to where it needs to go. It isn't very exciting work, but it is important for the farmers we deal with. We spend a lot of time looking at logistics and making sure the supplies are moving correctly across India. The building is an older one, but it works fine for what we need. We have a small kitchen area where we grab tea and talk about things other than seeds for a few minutes. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how things run. There are piles of folders and reports on most desks because there is always a lot of paperwork to keep up with. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks each day. It's a steady job in a busy area. We don't really do much else besides the seed distribution and management. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long, but usually, we just stick to our routine and get the paperwork filed.
