Our office is at 190/11 Arekere Main Road, which is quite close to the KEB office. If you are looking for us, just look for the building near the power station area. Inside Charison Holidays Pvt Ltd, there are usually posters of different places on the walls, though some are starting to curl at the edges. We sit at our desks and look through flight schedules or hotel lists for people who want to take a break. It is mostly paperwork and phone calls. Arekere Main Road gets quite busy in the evenings, so the sound of horns is pretty much our background music all day long. We have a couple of old computers and a printer that makes a loud noise every time it starts up. People walk in asking about prices for trips or wanting to see a map. We just sit down with them and try to figure out what fits. It isn't a huge operation, just a few of us working together. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp when the bookings get complicated. Sometimes we have to stay late to wait for a confirmation from a hotel in a different time zone. It is a lot of checking and double-checking names and dates. We just try to keep things organized so nobody ends up at the wrong airport. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit, but it keeps the air moving while we work.
