I’m Chandrachooda M B. My office is located at 231 Cambell Road, near Subedar Chatram Road. We’re on the 3rd Floor of a building called Lakshmi Nivas. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift isn't working, but I don't mind it. Lakshmi Nivas is a well-known spot around here, so usually, people find it without much trouble. I’ve been in this office for a few years now. It’s relatively quiet on the third floor, which is nice because the street level on Subedar Chatram Road is always buzzing with buses and people. I spend most of my time here doing paperwork and meeting with anyone who stops by. It’s a basic office with just the essentials. I don’t believe in having a fancy setup just for the sake of it. My name is on the door so people know they’re in the right place. Being in this part of town is very convenient since it’s close to the main hubs. I’ve lived in this city for my whole life and seen it get busier and busier, but this corner of Cambell Road still feels familiar. If you’re coming to find me, just remember it’s the third floor. I’m usually here during the day. It’s just a regular local business, nothing flashy, just me doing the work. I like keeping things practical and straightforward for everyone.
