Chander. K.Baljee

This setup is a bit different because we are connected to the Himachal Pradesh Board area in Dharmshala. Chander K Baljee has a history here, and we keep things running from this part of the country. It’s a beautiful place to work, though the winters can get a bit cold. We have two main points of reference here, one near the 10th and another near the 12th markers. It’s not like a big city office with glass walls and elevators. Here, things move a little slower, which is nice sometimes. We handle various local matters and keep track of the business interests in the region. Most of the people working here have been around for years and know the area like the back of their hand. We don’t put up big signs or do much advertising. People who need to find us usually already know where we are. It’s a practical way of working. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the other offices in the bigger cities, but our heart is really in the hills here. The paperwork gets done, the meetings happen, and we just keep the wheels turning without much fuss. It is a quiet existence compared to the hustle of Bangalore or Mumbai, but there is always plenty of work to keep us occupied. We just focus on what needs to be done each day and go from there.
