Chandana Travel

We are based at 207 Vijaya Nagar, over in the RPC Layout area. It’s on the 6th Cross, 5th Main, 2nd Street. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood compared to the city center, which makes it a nice place to run a travel business. We mostly handle car bookings and travel arrangements for people living around here. Our office is a small room with a few maps on the wall and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and making sure they know where to pick people up. Sometimes customers come in just to chat about where they want to go for their holidays or to book a taxi for a wedding. We don't have any big corporate plans; we just help our neighbors get from one place to another. The parking out front can be a bit tight because the streets are narrow and people park their scooters everywhere, but we manage. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, so we know most of the people who walk past our door every day. It’s a slow and steady kind of work. We handle the paperwork, the tolls, and the schedules so the travelers don't have to worry too much about the details. It feels more like a local hangout than a business sometimes, with people dropping by to ask for directions or just to say hello while we work.
