Chancery Pavillion

Chancery Pavillion is located at 11/7 Kamarajar Street in Devakottai. If you haven't been to this part of the Sivaganga District in Tamil Nadu, it's quite a different pace compared to the big cities. Our building is right there on the street and we see a lot of the local life passing by our front door every day. It’s an old-fashioned kind of place in some ways because that’s just how things are around here. We handle a lot of visitors and people coming through for various reasons. The weather can get really hot during the summer months so we spend a lot of time making sure the inside stays cool for everyone. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we manage the rooms and the guests. The staff here are mostly locals who have lived in Devakottai for a long time. We know the area well and we just go about our business day by day. Sometimes things get a bit loud on Kamarajar Street when there’s a festival or a wedding nearby. We just try to keep things running smoothly without making a big deal out of it. It’s a simple operation and we prefer it that way. If you are ever in this part of Tamil Nadu, you will find us right there near the main part of town.
