We sit right on Cottonpet Main Road at number 35. It’s a very busy part of town and there’s always something going on right outside our door. We’ve been here for years, helping people with their travel plans. It’s a simple setup—just a few desks, some chairs for customers, and a lot of papers. We mostly deal with car rentals and bus bookings for people traveling out of the city. A lot of our customers are locals who have been coming to us since we started. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements because word of mouth works better for us. If someone has a good trip, they tell their neighbor, and then that neighbor comes to see us. That’s how it’s always been. We aren't perfect, sometimes the phones are down or the traffic makes us late, but we do our best to fix things. We know the routes around the city and the state very well. My brother and I run the place most days. It’s a lot of work but we enjoy talking to the people who come in. You don't need an appointment, just walk in and we will talk about where you need to go. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We keep our prices as fair as we can. It gets a bit hot in the office during the summer, but we have a good fan that keeps things moving.
