Champakdhama Residency

You can find us over at the Rangappa Reddy Complex, which is on R V Road in Basavanagudi. Our full address is 13/1 Basavanagudi, and we are situated right next to the Karnataka Bank branch. If you know Bangalore, you know Basavanagudi is one of those older, more established neighborhoods with a lot of history and big trees. We started Champakdhama Residency because there seemed to be a need for simple rooms in this part of the 560004 area. The complex itself has a few different businesses, so there is always something going on downstairs. We aren't a big corporate hotel chain. It is just us running the place. The rooms are basic but we make sure the sheets are clean and the fans work. Most people who come here are visiting the temples nearby or maybe have some banking work to do at the office next door. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Usually, people just find us by walking past or hearing about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It gets a bit crowded on the weekends with all the market activity around R V Road, but that is just how life is in this part of Bangalore. We spend most of our time just managing the daily chores like cleaning and talking to the guests who check in. It is a practical place for a short stay. No bells or whistles here, just a roof over your head.
