Chaithanya

We are based out in Bangalore-66, which most people know is part of the whole Whitefield area. It’s a busy part of the city and getting to the office at Chaithanya Projects can be a real headache with the traffic some days. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have a few rooms filled with desks and maps of the local area pinned to the walls. We don't go in for fancy decorations or polished lobbies. Most of the time, the place is a bit of a mess with blueprints and site reports scattered around. We’ve seen Bangalore change so much since we started, with buildings popping up everywhere. It’s a lot to keep track of. Our team is a mix of people who have lived here forever and some newer faces. We don't really have a corporate culture or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and talk about our weekends. The coffee is usually just whatever someone brought in that morning. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people in suits. Most of us just wear jeans and shirts. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the sites. If you come by, you might find half the desks empty because everyone is out in the field. It’s just how we operate. We don't try to make it sound more important than it is. We just build things and get home to our families.
