We've been at Kushal Arcade for a while now. Peenya 2nd phase is a busy spot, and our small office in 1A is where everything happens for Cg Smith Software Ltd. Most days involve a lot of screen time and coffee. It's not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get our projects done. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but we are used to it. People often ask what we do here, and we just tell them we work on software. There are a few of us in the team, and we’ve known each other for years. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and cables everywhere. If you come by, you'll probably see us hunched over monitors. We keep things simple because that's what works for us. Usually, lunch is a quick break nearby before we get back to coding or fixing bugs. It's a regular job, and we take it one day at a time. The building is easy to find if you know the area. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is close by. It’s nothing like those big corporate parks you see in other cities. It’s just our little corner where the work gets out the door. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing what we know how to do.
