This part of Bangalore is known for its workshops and manufacturing, and we have our software business right in the middle of it. It’s a very practical environment. There’s no room for fluff or pretending to be something we aren't. We have a small team here working on various software projects. The office is just a few rooms filled with computers and chairs. We don't have a big break room or a game zone like the big tech companies. We just have a small corner where we make tea. The industrial area is always busy with trucks and workers, so there’s a lot of activity all day long. We like the grit of this place. It reminds us to stay focused on the work. We don't have any big mission statements or values posted on the walls. We just try to do a good job and be fair with everyone we deal with. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need a lot of rules. We just know what needs to be done. If you're looking for us, we are just a plain building on the 5th cross.
