Central Physiotherapy Clinic

If you head over to Indiranagar, you will find us at Central Physiotherapy Clinic. We are located at 531 on the 2nd Main, which is basically right behind the BDA Complex. Everyone knows the BDA Complex, so it makes finding us a lot easier for new people. We spend our time working with patients who have trouble moving or are recovering from some kind of injury. The clinic is a straightforward place with the usual mats, balls, and machines you expect to see for physical therapy. We get a lot of people who work in offices nearby and have bad backs from sitting too long, as well as older folks from the neighborhood. Indiranagar is a lively place to be, and our street stays pretty active. We don’t go in for anything flashy. We just focus on the exercises and the stretches that help people get back to their normal lives. The space is set up to be functional. Some days it is quite noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the sessions. We have been here long enough that we feel like a part of the local community. It is a small team here, and we know most of our patients by name. If you are coming from the main road, just look for the turn behind the BDA area and you will hit 2nd Main pretty quickly.
