This office is at number 36 in Kempegowda Nagara. We are out in the Byadarahalli area, which is near the Vishwaneedom post office. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the middle of Bangalore, but it is quieter out here. We like that. The building is just a normal spot on the street. We have Cem Solution Pvt Ltd written on the front so people don't get lost. Byadarahalli is growing quite a bit these days, so there is always some construction or something going on nearby. The dust can be a bit much sometimes, but we just keep the windows shut when it gets bad. Inside, it is just a bunch of desks and chairs. We have a small corner for making coffee and snacks. Most of the people working here live nearby, so they walk or take a scooter. The Vishwaneedom post is the main landmark we tell everyone to look for. It is a pretty straightforward place. No one here wears ties or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and head home when the sun starts going down. Sometimes we stay late if a project is dragging on, but we try to keep regular hours. The neighborhood is friendly enough. You see the same faces at the local tea stall every afternoon. It feels like home after you've been here a few months. It's just how we do things here every single day.
