You can find us on the first floor of Indira Towers, which is located on 11th Cross in Bangalore South. It’s a busy little area, and parking can be a real headache if you arrive late in the morning. Celsicon Technologies is a small team. We have a basic office setup with a few desks and a lot of wires. It’s not the most modern place, but it serves its purpose. We spend our days dealing with technology and trying to keep everything running smoothly for the people we work with. There isn’t a lot of fluff here. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a regular kettle and some instant mix in the cupboard. The building has been around for a while, and sometimes the lift is a bit temperamental, so we usually just take the stairs to the first floor anyway. Most of us have been working together for a few years, so we know each other's habits. We talk about cricket or the weather during our lunch breaks, then get back to our screens. We aren't interested in making big promises or using a lot of buzzwords. We just do the work we’re paid for and try to do it right the first time. It’s a simple business model. If the work is good, people come back, and that’s really all there is to it. We keep our heads down and stay busy throughout the week.
