If you drive down Kanakapura Main Road toward the Art of Living ashram, you’ll find us at Soudhamini Estate. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the city center, but the air is a lot clearer out here. Celeric Technologies Llp is located in Udayapura, and we’ve been here for a while now. The office isn’t anything out of the ordinary. It’s a functional space where we handle our tech work. We have a mix of old and new furniture and cables running across the floor in some places because we’re always adding new gear. It’s a small group of us working here. We mostly focus on getting the technical details right for the tasks we take on. Being next to such a well-known landmark makes it easy to give directions, though people still get lost sometimes. We like the pace out here; it’s not as frantic as the tech parks in Whitefield. We take our breaks outside when the weather is nice, which it usually is in this part of Bangalore. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just write code, fix servers, and talk to our clients about what they need. It’s a straightforward job, and we try to keep it that way. No big corporate rules, just a few people doing their best to keep the business moving forward. It feels like a regular workplace, nothing too fancy.
