Even though the name says Miami, we are right here at 19, 2nd Cross in Saraswathypuram. That’s in the Ulsoor area of Bangalore. It’s a quiet residential street for the most part, away from the main road noise. Our office is a small setup in a regular building. We don’t have big neon signs or a grand entrance. It’s just a place where we handle the bookings and paperwork. People often get confused by the address because it’s tucked away in the lanes of Ulsoor. We’ve been operating from this 2nd Cross location for some time now. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the files and desks, but we make it work. We have a few computers and a phone that rings quite a lot. The team here is small. We don't have a corporate dress code. Most days we just wear what’s comfortable and get on with the job. It feels more like a home office than a big company headquarters. We deal with travelers and travel agents mostly. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break and wait it out. It’s a very local way of doing things. We just want to get the details right for everyone.
