Our shop is located at 128/2 on the first floor. We are right on R T Street in Bangalore. Shrikant Tiwari is the person who keeps things running here. If you know Bangalore-53 in Karnataka, you know how busy this area can get. R T Street is always full of people moving around. Being on the first floor helps us stay a little bit away from the noise on the ground, but you can still hear the city. Ccd Daily Bread Pvt Ltd has been our focus for a long time. We spend most of our mornings getting things ready. Shrikant is usually around to make sure the daily tasks aren't falling behind. It’s a lot of work handling the bread and the kitchen side of things, but it’s what we do. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular Bangalore structure. We’ve got our routine down pretty solid now. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff coming in, but we manage. Being in the heart of Bangalore-53 means there is never a dull moment. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or anything. We just keep the floor clean and the work moving. It’s a practical way to run a business. Most of the people around here know Shrikant and know that we are up there on the first floor working away. We just try to get the bread out on time every single morning without any delays.
