We are located at 81, 1st Floor, on 2nd Cross in Lb Nagar. That’s in the 5th Main of Ombr Layout, Banaswadi. Caterpillar Holidays Pvt. Ltd is basically a small group of us who love planning trips for people. We aren't some giant travel corporation with a huge call center and fancy uniforms. We’re just a local office in Bangalore, Karnataka. Most of our days are spent looking at maps, checking flight prices, and trying to figure out the best routes. It’s a lot of computer work and phone calls. The office is on the first floor, and it’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a quiet place to work once you’re inside. Ombr Layout is a nice area, though the roads can be a bit bumpy sometimes after the rain. We don’t have a flashy website or a big marketing budget. Most of the people who book with us are locals who know us or heard about us from a friend. We just try to be honest about where people are going and what to expect when they get there. Sometimes things don’t go perfectly with travel, but we’re right here in Banaswadi to help sort it out when it happens. It’s a simple business, really. We like helping folks see new places, and we’ve been doing it from this same spot for a good while now. It’s just regular work for regular people like us.
