If you are looking for Caspro Technology Private Limited, we are located at House No. 173 in the Glass Factory Layout. That is in the 2nd Cross of Ananth Nagar Phase E 2. It is a bit of a trek out to this part of Bangalore, but it is where we found a space that fit our budget and our needs. The layout is mostly houses, so it feels very residential and neighborly compared to the industrial areas. Our office is actually inside a house, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office block. We have set up our workstations in the main rooms of the building. It is a bit cozy, especially when we have all our equipment out on the tables. We work on various technology tasks, mostly things that involve a lot of coding and testing. We do not have any big meetings or formal dress codes here. Usually, someone is playing some music quietly in the background while we work. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and heat up the lunch we bring from home. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat or ask about the work we are doing. It is a very different vibe than being in a high-rise building downtown. We like that we can open the windows and hear the neighborhood sounds instead of just constant traffic noise. It is a simple setup, but it is ours and it works.
