You can find us at Casino Tours & Tavels right on Bel Main Road. We are situated on New B E L Road, directly opposite Ramya Hospital, which makes it easy for folks to point us out. The office is pretty small and usually has brochures scattered around from different places. We spend a lot of our time looking at train timings and bus routes on the screen. It gets quite busy in the afternoons when people stop by after their hospital visits or while they are out shopping nearby. We have a couple of old desks and the chairs aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. Planning trips for people involves a lot of back-and-forth calls to hotels and drivers. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, like a bus being late or a room not being ready, and we have to scramble to fix it. It is just the way the travel business goes. We like being in this part of town because there is always something happening outside the window. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the shopkeepers on this stretch. If you walk in, you’ll probably see us drinking coffee and staring at a map or a spreadsheet. We don't use any fancy systems, just honest work and a lot of patience with the phone lines. We have been helping people get where they need to go for quite some time now.
