We are Casino Group Hotels Pvt. Ltd., and we have our main base here in Bangalore, Karnataka. Being in a city like Bangalore means things are always moving fast. We spend our time looking after the various aspects of the hotel business. It’s not just one thing; it’s a whole lot of different tasks that keep us busy from Monday to Sunday. We are located right here in the heart of Karnataka. The city has changed a lot since we first started, but we are still here doing what we do. Our team is a mix of people who have been around for years and some newer faces too. We don't really go for all that corporate talk you see in brochures. We just focus on the day-to-day work of running hotels. It involves a lot of coordination and making sure the staff in different locations are on the same page. Bangalore is a good hub for us because it’s so central to everything in the state. Sometimes the work is a bit repetitive, checking lists and making sure supplies are in, but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to be the biggest thing out there, just a solid group that does its job well. Karnataka is a beautiful place to operate in, and we feel lucky to be part of the local business community here. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time and keep moving forward.
