We are based in Bangalore, which is a city that never really seems to slow down. Being in the travel business here means we are always dealing with the rush of the city and the people moving through it. Our office is just a regular place where we spend our days looking at flights and hotel bookings. It’s a lot of sitting in front of monitors and talking on headsets. We don't have a fancy storefront with big neon signs. It’s more of a functional space where the work happens behind the scenes. Bangalore has grown so much lately, and we’ve seen the changes from our windows. The traffic can be a mess, but we all make it in every morning to get the day started. We have a small kitchen area where we grab lunch and talk about things other than work for a few minutes. The vibe here is pretty relaxed even when we are busy. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because often they are. It’s about getting people where they need to go without making it more complicated than it has to be. We’ve got our routines down and we stick to them. It is just a group of us working together in the middle of this big city. That is basically what we are all about.
