Carlson Wagonlit

Our team is based at 402, Kethana Residency, which is on 1St A Main in Vignan Nagar. It’s part of the New Thippasandra area in Bangalore. Carlson Wagonlit is the name on the door, but inside, it’s just a group of us working in what feels more like a home than a corporate office building. That’s probably because it is a residency. It makes the atmosphere a bit more relaxed, I guess. We deal with travel and all the mess that comes with it, like canceled flights or booking errors. Bangalore is a big city for this kind of work. The neighborhood of Vignan Nagar is mostly houses and small shops, so it’s actually a pretty quiet place to work compared to the city center. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything. Most people who come here already know where we are. We have a small kitchen where we make tea, and we usually take our lunch breaks together. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There are wires running along the floor and the printer jams once a week, but we get the job done. We aren’t interested in sounding like a giant company. We’re just local people helping other people get where they need to go. It’s a practical business and we like being part of this little corner of Bangalore. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized through all the daily travel requests we receive.
