Carlson Wagonlit Travels

We've been here in Bangalore for a while now at Carlson Wagonlit Travels. Most days it’s just us sitting at the desks handling bookings and trying to make sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. It gets pretty busy in the mornings when the phones start ringing all at once and everyone wants an answer right then. Our office isn't a fancy spot, just a regular place where we deal with a lot of itineraries and flight schedules. Sometimes the traffic outside is so bad it makes it hard for people to drop by, but we’re usually here at our desks. We handle a lot of paperwork every single day. It’s mostly just making sure the dates line up and the tickets are actually booked correctly in the system. There’s a lot of back and forth with airlines and hotels which can be a bit of a headache when things don't go according to plan. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the whole room. We don't really do much advertising around here, people just sort of find us or have been coming to see us for years. It’s a lot of staring at screens and checking flight times over and over. Bangalore is always growing, so the travel side of things never really slows down. We keep track of everything in big ledgers and on the computers. It’s just how we do things here.
