Carlson Wagonlit Travel

Carlson Wagonlit Travel is based out of Kallan House in Kurukathani. We’re in the Malappuram district of Kerala, which is a beautiful place to be, honestly. The post office is Kuruka, and our box number is 676 551. It’s a bit of a rural spot compared to the big cities, but we like it that way. Being inside Kallan House makes the office feel more like a home than a corporate building. We’ve got trees around us and it stays fairly cool most of the year. Handling travel stuff for people around here and further away keeps us busy. It’s a lot of checking dates and making sure tickets are right. Sometimes people just walk in to chat or ask about a trip they want to take. No fancy website or huge marketing budget exists here. We just talk to people. In Kerala, the rain deals us a lot of trouble sometimes, which can slow things down, but we just keep going. This is a small operation. Knowing the families in the area means they know us too. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people get where they need to go without too much trouble. It’s a quiet life here in Kurukathani, and we’re happy with that. Mostly, we just focus on getting the details right for everyone who stops by our door.
