Our office is located at No.22 Kensington Road, which is right in the heart of Ulsoor. Being near the Philip Millenium Building makes it pretty easy for people to find us, though the traffic around here can be a real headache in the afternoons. The building itself is okay, nothing too special from the outside, but it’s where we do all our daily work for Carl Zeiss India. We spend a lot of time at our desks or in the small break room where the coffee machine is always running. Kensington Road has its own rhythm, with cars honking and people walking by on their way to other offices. We have a lot of windows that look out over the street, so we get to see the weather change throughout the day. The inside of the office is filled with the sound of typing and the occasional phone ringing. We’re a practical bunch of people, mostly focused on getting through our checklists and making sure the orders are processed correctly. Sometimes we go out for lunch at one of the spots nearby, but usually, we just bring something from home. It’s a steady kind of job, and we’ve gotten used to the quirks of this particular building. Ulsoor is a busy part of town, and we’re just one of many businesses tucked away on this street, doing our thing every day until five and heading home through the crowds.
