Our office is up on the second floor of Shree Niketan. It’s in Aswathnagar, just off 1st Cross on MSR Hospital Road. It’s a pretty quiet part of Bangalore compared to the main hubs. We spend most of our time looking at resumes or talking to folks about their next steps. It isn't a huge corporate space with glass walls. It is more of a practical working area with desks and a few computers. We’ve been here for a bit now. Sometimes the stairs are a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it. The street outside can get busy during hospital hours. We deal with a lot of different people every day. Some are looking for jobs, others need advice on what to do next with their careers. We just tell it like it is. No fancy talk or big promises. We just try to help out with the information we have. It’s a small team here. We make our own tea and keep things simple. If you are looking for the place, look for the sign near the hospital road. We stay busy enough. The lighting inside is okay, and we keep the files organized as much as possible. It is just a place where work gets done every day. We don't have a big reception desk or a waiting room with magazines. Just a few chairs. People usually call before they come over to make sure we are around.
