Down here in HAL, Bangalore, we’ve got Career Point Solutions. We’re right in the middle of everything in this part of town. It’s a busy area, lots of planes and traffic, but we like it. We focus on solutions for careers, which mostly means we talk to a lot of people looking for a change or trying to figure out their next step. It's not always easy, people get stressed about work, and we try to just listen and see what we can do. Our office is a pretty standard setup, nothing too crazy. We don't have those fancy bean bag chairs or anything. Just desks and some decent coffee. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking through emails. Some days are slower than others, but we usually have plenty to keep us busy. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We're just a small team in Bangalore trying to help people get where they want to go. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the options and tell it like it is. HAL is a good neighborhood for us, and we've been here long enough that we know the shortcuts to avoid the worst traffic. It's just us, working away and trying to make things a bit easier for the people who walk through our door. We’ve been in this private limited setup for a while now. Most people find us through word of mouth or just seeing the sign.
