Care Point Point Physiocare

We are located over at Pothraj House on 12th Main Road in Indiranagar. Most people know the area because of the HDFC Bank right opposite us. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, especially with all the shops and traffic around HAL 2nd Stage. We’ve been running this physiotherapy spot for a while now. The space isn’t huge but we have enough room for the mats and the equipment needed to get people moving again. A lot of folks come in with back pain from sitting at office desks all day or sports injuries they picked up over the weekend. We just spend the day helping them through their exercises. Sometimes the 8th Cross gets really jammed with cars, making parking a bit of a headache, but people manage. Our team is just a few people who know their way around muscles and joints. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s a practical place. We open up in the morning, see the regulars, and try to keep things organized. If you’re looking for us, just find the HDFC Bank and look across the street. We’re usually there till late evening. It’s a lot of work, keeping track of everyone’s progress and making sure the equipment is clean, but it’s what we do. The neighborhood has changed a lot lately, with new cafes popping up, but we’ve stayed right here in this building. It’s a straightforward setup for people who need help getting their strength back.
