Ub Global Apparel

We’ve been based here at Level 15 in the Canberra block for a good while now. Being up in UB City on Vittal Mallya Road means we see a lot of the city traffic from the windows, which is quite a view during the rainy season. Most days, the office is just a mix of people checking samples and talking on the phone with suppliers. Ub Global Apparel handles a lot of different clothing items, and honestly, the pace can get a bit hectic when new seasons start. It’s not a huge team, but we get the work done. The lifts can be slow in the mornings, so most of us grab a coffee downstairs before heading up to start the day. There’s always piles of fabric swatches sitting on the desks and sometimes the boxes pile up near the door before they get shipped out. We don’t really do fancy meetings; it’s mostly just sitting around the main table figuring out the next batch of production. Vittal Mallya Road is a busy spot, and sometimes finding parking is a total headache, but being central helps when we have to meet people. It feels like a regular workplace where everyone just knows what they need to do. Sometimes we stay late when a big order is due, and the lights of the city look pretty good from the 15th floor then. It’s just us doing our thing in the apparel world.
