Call Centre Agent

Our workplace is at 8, Ummer Farooq Masjid Road, right in the Mariswamyappa Garden section of Neelsandra in Bangalore. It is a very crowded area and the streets are often filled with people and bikes. We work here as Call Centre Agents and the office is basically just a big room with rows of desks and headsets. It gets pretty noisy when everyone is talking at once, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't have any of those fancy perks you hear about in big tech companies. It is just a place to come and do the work of answering calls and helping customers. The air conditioning sometimes struggles with the Bangalore heat, but we make do with what we have. Most of us live nearby and walk to the office which is convenient. We spend our shifts listening to people's problems and trying to find solutions on our screens. It can be a bit draining by the end of the day, but we are a good group and we help each other out. The 560047 area has a lot of energy and there is always some place to get a quick snack or a tea during our breaks. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our jobs and making sure we handle the calls as they come in. It is just a normal, everyday office life for us here.
