Call Centers

We operate out of Room Number 2 on the ground floor here in Manuvana. Vijayanagar is a busy part of Bangalore, and being on the ground floor means we hear a lot of what goes on outside. Our business is called Call Centers, and that is pretty much what we do. We have people on the phones throughout the day. It gets pretty loud in here sometimes with everyone talking at once. We aren't some huge offshore facility with thousands of seats. It’s a more modest setup. We have our headsets and our computers, and we just handle the calls as they come in. Sometimes the equipment acts up, or the headsets get worn out, and we have to swap them around. It is basic work, but it keeps us busy. We don't have a fancy breakroom, so we usually just step outside for a bit of air when we can. The neighborhood of Manuvana is alright; it’s got everything we need close by. We just focus on answering the phones and helping whoever is on the other end of the line. There isn't much more to it than that. We are just a small team trying to do a good job without making a big fuss about it. Every day is a bit different depending on who is calling. It’s repetitive sometimes but we get through it together as a team.
