You can find us at No. 16, Coral Cottage on the Walvekar Plot in Keshwapur, Hubli. It’s a nice little spot in a residential-feeling area. We’ve been running Caesar'S Restaurant & Confectionery for a bit now, and it’s become part of the daily routine for people around here. The kitchen stays pretty warm because the ovens are usually going for the cakes and bread. We start early when the air is still cool to get the baking finished. It’s not a huge place, just a cozy setup where we handle both the food and the sweets. Hubli can get quite dusty, but inside we keep things as neat as we can. The Walvekar Plot area is easy to find once you know the landmarks nearby. We have some tables set up, and the smell of the food usually drifts out onto the street. It’s just us and a small team making sure the orders are ready. We don’t do anything too complicated, just the usual recipes that people seem to like. Sometimes we run out of things early if it's a busy day. We see the same faces every week, mostly neighbors or folks working nearby who want a quick bite or something sweet to take home. It’s a simple business, nothing like those big chain restaurants you see in the malls. We just do our work and go home at the end of the day. It suits us just fine.
