Our office is over at Koramangala Sarangpur Kotni Rang 149. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but we've been here long enough that we don't even think about it anymore. Cadland Infotech Pvt Ltd is a place where we handle a lot of technical data and software tasks. Koramangala is always bustling with people, and there’s always something happening outside the window to look at. We have a small team of people who are good with computers. The office is pretty standard, just some desks, some computers, and a lot of cables running along the floor that we trip over sometimes. We aren't into the whole "tech culture" thing with bean bags and free snacks. We just have a kettle and some biscuits in the drawer. We focus on the work because that’s what needs to be done. The Sarangpur area has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it. Some days the internet is slow and we all just sit around talking about our weekends until it comes back up. It’s a very normal way to spend a workday. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. People find us because they need help with their info-tech systems, and we do what we can. It’s a small operation, but we’re consistent. That’s about all there is to our company. It’s just work.
