Cadilac Solutions

We are based over in the Vijayanagar area of Bangalore, which is a part of the city that still feels quite traditional. Cadilac Solutions is just a small business operating out of here. We don’t have a massive office in one of those tech parks; instead, we are tucked away in a regular street where life moves at a normal pace. Working in Bangalore usually means we spend half our time talking about the traffic on the way in. Luckily, most of us live close enough that we don't have to spend hours on the road every single day. We handle different kinds of technical tasks, mostly just sitting at our desks and working through whatever comes up on our screens. It’s not very exciting work to talk about, to be honest. We take our breaks at the local tea shop on the corner and talk about the news or the cricket score. There isn't any corporate feeling in our office at all. We just wear our regular clothes and focus on getting through the list of things we need to do. Sometimes the power goes out unexpectedly, and we just have to wait for the backup to kick in while we have another coffee. It is just a normal group of people trying to do their jobs well without making a big deal out of it. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is right here.
