Cades Digitech Pvt. Ltd.

We are over at Cades Digitech Pvt. Ltd. in Kirloskar Business Park in Hebbal. Our office is in Block 'C' on the 2Nd Floor. Hebbal is quite a distance from the city center, but the business park is a good place to be. We do digital tech work here. Lots of screens and keyboards clicking all day long. The office is pretty standard. We have some cubicles and a small break area. It gets a bit cold with the AC sometimes. We’ve been in this building for a bit. The view from the 2Nd Floor is mostly other buildings and the parking lot. We spend our hours coding or designing things on the computer. It’s quiet work mostly. People wear headphones to stay focused. We don't have a big sign out front, just the one on the directory. The security at the gate is strict, so visitors have to sign in. It’s a serious environment but we keep it casual inside. No suits or ties here. We just want to do good work and finish on time. Sometimes we have to stay late when a project is due. That’s just how it is in this industry. We grab coffee from the machine and keep going. It’s a steady life in a big park. The commute can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we sometimes stay a bit later to let the traffic die down. It’s not a bad way to spend the day.
