Our office is on the first floor in Uttarahalli, right next to the New Millenium School. If you know where the Uttarahalli Church is, we are just near there. It’s a busy spot in Bangalore, especially when the kids are getting out of school. The traffic gets pretty backed up on that road. We’ve been here at number 12 for quite a while now. Inside, it’s mostly computers and cables everywhere. People bring in their machines when they stop working, or they come to us for other computer services. We have a few technicians who have been with us since the start. It’s not a shiny corporate office; it’s more of a place where you can see the work happening. We have shelves full of old parts and boxes stacked in the corners. The light isn't always the best, but we have lamps at the benches. We get a lot of locals walking in because we are so close to the main landmarks. Sometimes we have to go out on calls to nearby houses or offices. We try to keep things simple and just talk to people like normal neighbors. When the power goes out, which is common in Bangalore, we usually just step outside for a bit until the backup kicks in. It’s a regular day-to-day routine for us. We know most of the shopkeepers around the church and school. It feels like home to us now.
