Started this place a while back in Banashankari 2nd Stage. It’s right there on K R Road, near Tata Silk Farm. We mostly just deal with computer stuff, fixing things when they break or setting up new systems for people who come in. The shop isn't huge, but we keep busy with whatever walk-ins bring us. Some days it’s just software issues, other days we are digging into hardware. It’s mostly just us trying to figure out why a laptop won’t turn on or helping someone get their printer working again. We’ve been at 3350 for a bit now. People in the neighborhood know the spot. We aren't trying to be some big tech firm with fancy offices. Just a local shop where you can bring your PC and we see what we can do. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, but that’s how it goes. We just work through the pile of repairs on the desk. Banashankari is a busy area, so there’s always someone needing help with a screen or a virus. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us here. If you are near Tata Silk Farm, you might have seen the sign. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is mostly done for the day. It’s steady work and we like being part of the local community here on K R Road. We just keep it simple.
