Cabin Crew

Our place is located at 5/107 on Hill View Road, right near Small Mosque Street in Gudalur. We are down in Tamil Nadu, and the surroundings are quite peaceful compared to the big cities. We focus on teaching people the basics of being part of a cabin crew. It is not a huge academy with a campus, just a local building where we have set up a few classrooms. We spend our days going over safety rules, how to serve meals, and how to talk to passengers. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We don’t have a lot of high-tech equipment, just some old seats and trays to practice with. Most of the students come from the nearby villages and towns because they want a chance to travel. We try to be honest with them about how hard the work actually is. The office is a bit small, and sometimes it gets crowded when we have a full class. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. People mostly hear about us from their friends or family. We like being in Gudalur because it’s a friendly community. We just open up the doors every morning and get to work. It’s a simple life here, and we’re just trying to help local people get a start in a new career path.
