We are over at 41456 Nagarbhavi. It’s a simple place that we use as a base for our travel work. We don’t have a big office with lots of staff. Most of the time, the cars are out on the road and there is just one person here to answer the phone. Nagarbhavi is a busy area these days and getting around can be a bit of a headache with the traffic. We focus on getting people to their destinations, whether it’s the airport or a trip out of the city. I spend a lot of time cleaning the cars and checking the oil levels. It’s important that the vehicles are running right, otherwise, we lose a day of work. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just try to be on time, though the Bangalore traffic sometimes makes that hard. If a customer calls, we check our notebook to see who is free and then we send a car. It’s a very straightforward way of running a business. We have a few regular clients who have been using us for years. They know our names and we know where they live. We don't use any high-tech apps, just our phones and a good sense of direction. It’s a modest living but it keeps us busy. We just keep our cars clean and our routes planned out as best we can.
